Great game! Loved the feel of the controls and all of the feedback, from the tilting quips on each death to the right amount of screen shake and instant respawn.
Also enjoyed how you played with level design, repeating levels with subtle changes to reframe them. Reminded me a lot of the enraging ultra difficult flash games of the early 2000s, like World's harderst game or This is the only level. Great work!

World's hardest game and I wanna be the guy were strong references for me when I was a kid and I'm glad that you noticed that I tried to channel that here.

Thank you for noticing! I wanted the player to know that they can do that since the first stage with the positioning of certain coins, sounds like it worked(?)
movement is great, wish the spikes were different colors, i can't always see the dangers unless on full screen
